Umeboshi Plum

This balsamic is flavored with the brine of pickled Umeboshi plums. If you take a hint of apricot, combine it with the floral notes of golden-ripe Japanese plums, and the luscious, sweet-tart characteristics of our aged white balsamic from Modena Italy, you achieve taste perfection.  


Try with: Drizzle over seared scallops or mix with your favorite olive oil for an outstanding vinegarette. Try an Orange and Umeboshi Mimosa. Yum!


Pairs well with: Persian Lime Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil, Garlic Olive Oil, Toasted Sesame Oil, Greek Leek Olive Oil and Basil Olive Oil.
