Our Tarragon White Balsamic Vinegar is bursting with the clean fresh herbal flavor of Tarragon. It has an intense flavor that’s a unique mix of a sweet anise & a mild vanilla.


Try with: Adds a lovely anise flavor to salad dressings. It’s particularly amazing drizzled on roasted vegetables, and exquisite for deglazing a pan and making a pan sauce! Try it in your next béarnaise. Tarragon also pairs well with salmon, chicken, eggs and vegetables, especially artichokes, mushrooms, asparagus, and carrots. Use it in shrubs and mixed drinks such as a sparkling tarragon and lemon gin and tonic!


Pairs well with: Blood Orange and Greek Lemon fused olive oils or our Wild Mushroom and Sage or Thyme olive oil.
