Our Rosemary Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with fresh wild rosemary crushed with early harvest, fresh picked, certified organic Chetoui olives. This olive oil really brings out the heart and soul of rosemary. It is complex and the smell is simply amazing.


Try with: Use anywhere rosemary might be used. Use with poultry, pork, or lamb. Spectacular when drizzled over sautéed vegetables and mind-blowing with roasted potatoes.


Pairs well with: Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, Pomegranate Dark Balsamic​, and Cranberry Pear Dark Balsamic.
